The Cascade Garden Experience 

Your event rental guarantees use of Cascade Garden for 15 hours on your wedding day (9am-midnight). Included with your experience:

• Tables & Chairs (for up to 100 guests): white padded resin folding chairs, 60” round tables, 72" rectangle tables, 24” bistro tables with full setup, teardown, and mid-event transition
• Event Attendant: up to 8 hours of on-site event support for trash and bathroom management and guest assistance
• Parking Attendants: 30-minutes before and after ceremony
• Catering Credit: up to $500 for in-house catering, Lion Chef Africa
• In-House Rentals: discounted rates on linens, glassware, tableware, and serviceware rentals
• Bridal Party Suites: access to two private suites for relaxation and preparation with your bridal party
• Bridal Décor Library: complimentary access to our décor collection
• Planning Support: two venue planning sessions, 60 and 30 days out
• Engagement Photo Shoot Access: one-hour scheduled session based on availability
• Rehearsal Access: one-hour rehearsal based on availability

Add-on packages

• Linen & Serviceware Rentals: Couples receive discounted pricing for classic black or white tableclothes and napkins, along with plates, glassware, and silverware for a seamless, coordinated table setting. Referrals are available for specialty linens.

• Basic Sound System: Mixer, microphone, and speaker setup suitable for both indoor and outdoor receptions, perfect for announcements, toasts, and background music.

• Full-Service Catering: Custom buffet, plated, or family-style menus created by Lion Chef Africa, complete with full staffing, service, and cleanup. Appetizer and charcuterie options available. All Cascade Garden couples receive a catering credit, up to a $500 based on wedding size. 

• Reception Support: We proudly maintain an open vendor policy, giving couples the flexibility to select the catering vendor that best fits their vision. This package provides support for outside catering or self-provided food and includes setup, service, bussing, and end-of-night kitchen cleanup. Also included:
  • Cake Cutting Service: professional cutting and serving of your cake or dessert
  • Water & Beverage Service: setup and restocking of ice, water karafes, and non-alcoholic drink stations. (Drinks not included.) Bartender referrals available upon request.
